Responsibility
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems in construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards and building codes.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders to align project goals and timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize delays.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
- Lead a team of technicians and engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Implement sustainable and energy-efficient solutions in electrical system designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in M&E project management or construction.
- Proven expertise in electrical system design, installation, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant engineering software.
