Responsibility
- Plan, manage, and supervise all M&E maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Oversee upgrading works and minor projects to ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of mechanical and electrical systems to identify potential issues.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize system performance.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements in all M&E operations.
- Prepare and present technical reports, budgets, and recommendations to senior management.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and maintenance staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E maintenance and project management.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical distribution.
- Proven experience in managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
