Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, generators, and other facility equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical components to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance tasks.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment as needed.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services.
- Provide support for emergency maintenance requests and after-hours calls as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Facilities Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and mechanical equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites as needed.
- Certification in HVAC, electrical, or related fields is a plus.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
