Responsibility
- Review and validate mechanical and electrical drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Monitor on-site construction activities to verify adherence to design plans, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize project workflows.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, highlighting key milestones, delays, and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all M&E installations meet performance criteria and are commissioned efficiently.
- Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in M&E engineering, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) for effective communication with international teams.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, local building codes) and best practices.
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site in Bali’s key project locations.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., OSHA) is a plus.
