Responsibility
- Design, evaluate, and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Implement and monitor the 5S program to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct regular factory inspections to identify inefficiencies, safety hazards, or compliance gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for production teams.
- Analyze workflow data using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, maintenance, quality control) to resolve operational challenges.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in industrial engineering, safety protocols, and continuous improvement techniques.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance metrics and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, or manufacturing operations.
- Proven expertise in 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Minitab, or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
- Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001) and regulatory compliance in manufacturing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Badung, Bali with occasional travel to other facilities.
