Responsibility
- Coordinate M&E works on-site to ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and local authorities' regulations.
- Manage and supervise sub-contractors to ensure work is completed according to the project schedule and quality standards.
- Prepare, review, and update technical M&E shop drawings and submission documents.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report on project progress, identifying potential bottlenecks or technical clashes.
- Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to resolve integration issues between systems.
- Manage the procurement, inspection, and testing of M&E materials and equipment.
- Ensure all site activities strictly adhere to WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) guidelines.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (recognized by the Professional Engineers Board).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E coordination for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), or other relevant engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, fire safety regulations, and local authority requirements (BCA, PUB, LTA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders and sub-contractors.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
