Responsibility
- Develop and review M&E designs for industrial projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical and electrical systems into project plans.
- Conduct site visits to oversee installation, troubleshoot issues, and ensure design accuracy.
- Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for client and regulatory approvals.
- Optimize system performance for energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and contractors on-site.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in M&E engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E design for industrial projects.
- Proven experience with site work, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and engineering simulation tools.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
