Responsibility
- Oversee the planning, installation, and commissioning of Mechanical & Electrical systems for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of M&E designs with project specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and client requirements.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for M&E components.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical wiring, or fire protection systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and as-built drawings.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to procure high-quality M&E materials and equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in M&E coordination, preferably in construction or consultancy.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software for M&E design and drafting.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety standards (e.g., SNI, PUIL), and international M&E practices.
- Excellent project management and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, P&IDs, and single-line diagrams.
- Experience with contract administration and vendor negotiations is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Badung or surrounding areas (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar).
