Responsibility
- Provide technical support and guidance to service workshop teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of service workshops to maintain compliance with company and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Honda vehicles and equipment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement service improvement initiatives.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and service staff on best practices and technical procedures.
- Monitor and report on workshop performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations in all service operations.
- Assist in the development and updating of technical manuals and service guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive service or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Honda vehicles, systems, and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of technicians and engineers.
- Familiarity with workshop management software and tools.
