Responsibility
- Coordinate and supervise mechanical and electrical (M&E) installations, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to integrate M&E systems seamlessly into project designs.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with technical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review M&E drawings, schematics, and technical documentation for accuracy and feasibility.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource allocation for M&E components.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose cost-effective, innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to sustainability practices and energy-efficient designs in all M&E implementations.
- Maintain comprehensive records of project progress, changes, and approvals for auditing and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., PMP, LEED) is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in M&E coordination, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software for M&E design and planning.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and international standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Familiarity with sustainable energy systems, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
