Join Anradus as an M&E Coordinator and play a pivotal role in overseeing mechanical and electrical projects across Bali. Based in the vibrant Badung region, you will serve as the primary liaison between consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of M&E systems. Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee M&E projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Serve as the main point of contact for consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize M&E system designs and implementations.
- Manage procurement processes for M&E materials and equipment.
- Provide technical guidance and support to on-site teams and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E coordination or project management.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction and engineering landscape is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
