Responsibility
- Coordinate and supervise all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections to verify the quality and safety of M&E installations.
- Review and approve technical drawings, schematics, and installation plans.
- Ensure adherence to local and international building codes and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to M&E systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including reports and compliance records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E coordination or a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical wiring.
- Proven experience in project management and coordination, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant engineering software.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
