Responsibility
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of machinery and reduce operational disruptions.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve process inefficiencies, defects, and quality issues.
- Monitor and analyze production data to optimize cycle times, material usage, and overall efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in all manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical support and training to operators and junior staff on best practices for machine operation and maintenance.
- Assist in the design and modification of molds, tooling, and fixtures to improve product quality and manufacturability.
- Document and report maintenance activities, process improvements, and technical findings to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in injection molding engineering, maintenance, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing injection molding machines (e.g., Arburg, Engel, Husky, or similar brands).
- Strong understanding of plastic materials, mold design, and injection molding processes.
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and mold flow analysis tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung.
