Responsibility
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC units and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining technical details clearly.
- Comply with safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Document service activities, including work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC service and repair.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Certification in HVAC systems (e.g., EPA 608 Certification) is highly preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
