Responsibility
- Oversee daily villa operations, ensuring flawless guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to deliver 5-star hospitality.
- Coordinate with vendors, chefs, and concierge teams to curate bespoke guest experiences (e.g., private events, spa services).
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and inventory to optimize cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with local regulations.
- Develop marketing strategies to enhance villa occupancy and guest satisfaction (e.g., partnerships with travel agencies).
- Prepare monthly reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury hospitality management (villas, resorts, or 5-star hotels).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multicultural teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-centric mindset with a focus on detail.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with guests and partners.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the role.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
