Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets in the Bali market.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including architects, interior designers, contractors, and homeowners, to promote Tanasa Flooring’s premium timber products.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the unique features and benefits of our luxury flooring solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials for the Bali region.
  • Provide after-sales support, including addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery and installation of products.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the flooring, construction, or interior design industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of timber flooring products, materials, and installation processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Bali market and existing networks in the architecture, design, or construction sectors is highly advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings and industry events.
