Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-net-worth clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Baccarat’s crystalware, lighting, and home décor collections, including product features, craftsmanship, and brand history.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a pristine and visually appealing retail environment, including product displays, inventory organization, and store presentation.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through follow-ups, personalized recommendations, and loyalty programs.
- Process transactions accurately, including payments, returns, and exchanges, while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute promotional events, product launches, and VIP client appointments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and luxury market demands to provide informed advice to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or sales, preferably with high-end brands.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Strong product knowledge or a quick learner with a passion for luxury goods and design.
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance, aligning with Baccarat’s brand standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Customer-centric mindset with a solution-oriented approach to handling inquiries and complaints.
- Familiarity with POS systems, CRM tools, and inventory management is advantageous.
