Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-net-worth clients in a luxury retail environment.
- Assist customers in selecting premium products, offering expert advice and personalized recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and pricing to deliver accurate information.
- Process transactions, handle payments, and ensure smooth checkout experiences.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain showroom standards, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive brand experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail, preferably in luxury or high-end products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about luxury goods (jewelry, watches, or similar).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a passion for the luxury retail industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
