Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-net-worth clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of jewellery materials, gemstones, and craftsmanship to educate and advise customers.
- Assist in sales transactions, including processing payments, handling returns, and managing customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase products attractively and align with brand guidelines.
- Support inventory management, including stock replenishment, tracking, and reporting to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance metrics.
- Handle after-sales service, including repairs, resizing, and custom orders, with attention to detail.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new collections, and promotions to engage customers effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, jewellery, or high-end customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Passion for jewellery, fashion, and luxury goods with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to build rapport with diverse clientele and provide tailored recommendations.
- Basic understanding of POS systems and inventory management tools.
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance, reflecting the brand’s luxury standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a retail environment.
- Prior experience in sales targets and KPIs is highly desirable.
