Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional service.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand’s luxury aesthetic.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and local partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail or boutique management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and financial analysis.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in various locations across Bali.
