Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clientele, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs, offering styling advice, and promoting Roberto Cavalli’s latest collections.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase products in an appealing and brand-aligned manner.
- Manage inventory, including stock replenishment, product organization, and loss prevention.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while upholding brand integrity.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, product knowledge, and brand history to engage customers effectively.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute promotional events, VIP clienteling, and seasonal campaigns.
- Handle cash transactions, POS operations, and customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or customer service roles.
- Passion for high-end fashion and a deep appreciation for the Roberto Cavalli brand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets in a competitive retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced setting.
