Responsibility
- Provide personalized and high-touch customer service to luxury clientele
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and brand storytelling
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and CRM management
- Stay updated on fashion trends, brand collections, and market developments
- Collaborate with the team to create an exceptional in-store experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record in meeting targets
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
