Responsibility

  • Lead the end-to-end client advisory process, from initial engagement to post-purchase follow-up, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging luxury fashion insights to drive informed business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, client advisory, or a similar high-end customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse, high-net-worth clientele.
  • Strong leadership abilities, including team training, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Deep understanding of luxury fashion brands, trends, and client expectations in the Southeast Asian market.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Mandarin or Indonesian, are a plus).
