Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end client advisory process, from initial engagement to post-purchase follow-up, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience.
- Build and mentor a high-performing retail team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and brand loyalty.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Curate personalized styling recommendations and product knowledge to match client preferences with the boutique’s exclusive collections.
- Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation to align with brand guidelines and enhance the in-store aesthetic.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store events, promotions, and VIP client experiences.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure product availability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging luxury fashion insights to drive informed business decisions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, client advisory, or a similar high-end customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse, high-net-worth clientele.
- Strong leadership abilities, including team training, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Deep understanding of luxury fashion brands, trends, and client expectations in the Southeast Asian market.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Mandarin or Indonesian, are a plus).
- Impeccable personal presentation and a passion for delivering world-class service.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
