Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer transactions for luxury timepieces.
- Coordinate administrative tasks including data entry, reporting, and documentation to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in the preparation of operational reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics) and external partners (e.g., suppliers, service centers) to streamline processes.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and workspace organization to maintain a productive and prestigious work environment.
- Support the implementation of retail policies, procedures, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive client and company information.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, office support, or retail operations roles, preferably in luxury goods or high-end service industries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiar with inventory management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
