Responsibility
- Oversee all resort operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all departments (F&B, housekeeping, front office, etc.).
- Drive guest satisfaction by resolving escalations and implementing service improvements.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance occupancy and revenue streams.
- Maintain resort facilities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and adherence to sustainability practices.
- Build strong relationships with local vendors, tour operators, and community stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to position the resort as a market leader.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in resort/hotel management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian, are a plus).
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
