Responsibility
- Provide exceptional concierge services to residents and guests, including personalized recommendations and assistance.
- Coordinate transportation, dining reservations, and exclusive experiences tailored to individual preferences.
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Oversee property access, security protocols, and visitor management in compliance with luxury standards.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure seamless property operations.
- Organize private events, VIP services, and bespoke experiences for high-profile residents.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, requests, and feedback for continuous service improvement.
- Uphold the brand’s reputation by embodying luxury hospitality values in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or high-end customer service roles.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Knowledge of Bali’s luxury amenities, dining, and entertainment scenes is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in hospitality or concierge services is an advantage.
