Responsibility
- Develop and implement F&B training programs and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to improve performance.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Lead onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Maintain up-to-date training materials and resources for all F&B staff.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all training activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a training or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of F&B industry standards, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the F&B industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training management software.
