Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, peeling, and marinating, under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support the cooking process by operating kitchen equipment and following standardized recipes.
- Assist in plating dishes to ensure consistent presentation and quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the kitchen manager.
- Adhere to all food handling, storage, and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
