Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, delivering 5-star hospitality at all times.
- Manage front-desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest registrations with efficiency and discretion.
- Coordinate with property management to ensure all client requests (e.g., maintenance, housekeeping, transportation) are fulfilled promptly.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism, escalating issues as needed to maintain client satisfaction.
- Organize and oversee exclusive events, tours, or amenities for residents, enhancing their luxury living experience.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, service requests, and property access logs using digital systems.
- Collaborate with security and maintenance teams to ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment.
- Stay updated on local attractions, services, and JLLās property offerings to provide expert recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in concierge, front-desk, or customer service roles, preferably in luxury hospitality, real estate, or high-end residential services.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a strong plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to anticipating and resolving guest needs.
- Impeccable grooming, professional demeanor, and a passion for delivering personalized service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Knowledge of Baliās luxury market, local culture, and high-end service standards is a bonus.
