Responsibility

  • Welcome and assist guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a seamless and luxurious lounge experience.
  • Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with efficiency and discretion.
  • Coordinate with airport services, airlines, and vendors to fulfill guest needs, including travel arrangements and VIP services.
  • Maintain the lounge’s high standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and service excellence.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints with tact, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to create personalized experiences for frequent flyers and VIP guests.
  • Monitor lounge operations, including inventory management and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Upsell premium services and amenities to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, customer service, or a concierge role.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
