Responsibility
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a seamless and luxurious lounge experience.
- Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with efficiency and discretion.
- Coordinate with airport services, airlines, and vendors to fulfill guest needs, including travel arrangements and VIP services.
- Maintain the lounge’s high standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and service excellence.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with tact, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to create personalized experiences for frequent flyers and VIP guests.
- Monitor lounge operations, including inventory management and adherence to safety protocols.
- Upsell premium services and amenities to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, customer service, or a concierge role.
- Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with airport operations or premium lounge services is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Certification in hospitality or customer service (e.g., AHLEI, IHG) is an advantage.
