Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests, members, and visitors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using our POS and property management systems.
- Coordinate event bookings, confirm details with clients, and ensure all logistical arrangements are in place.
- Provide sales support by assisting with inquiries, processing payments, and upselling services or memberships.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on Quantum Clubhouseās offerings, promotions, and local Bali attractions to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1+ years) in front desk, customer service, or hospitality roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Balinese, are a plus).
- Proficiency in using POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic reservation software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
