Responsibility
- Welcome and assist members and guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints with efficiency and empathy.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Organize and oversee club events, tournaments, and social activities.
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and preferences.
- Promote club memberships and upsell additional services or packages.
- Ensure the club facilities are well-maintained and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with the management team to improve guest experience strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for sports, fitness, or wellness is highly desirable.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a bonus.
