Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clients, ensuring a luxurious shopping experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of jewelry products, including materials, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and relationship building.
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance, aligning with the brand’s luxury standards.
- Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the store’s presentation meets brand guidelines.
- Handle transactions, inventory management, and client follow-ups with precision.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and exclusive atmosphere for customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in jewelry or high-end fashion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and preferably another language.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong product knowledge and passion for jewelry and luxury goods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Impeccable grooming and a keen eye for detail.
- Prior experience in a multinational or high-end retail environment is a plus.
