Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs, offering personalized styling advice, and promoting Kate Spade products.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of current collections, product features, and brand history to confidently share with customers.
- Ensure the sales floor and merchandise displays are well-maintained, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately, including sales, returns, and exchanges, while adhering to company policies.
- Build and maintain a client database to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and visual merchandising initiatives to enhance the shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for connecting with people.
- A keen interest in fashion, trends, and luxury retail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by retail schedules.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
