As a Sales Consultant, you will represent our brand with elegance and professionalism, building lasting relationships with clients and driving sales through your expertise in fine jewellery. Based in Bali’s most sought-after areas—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll enjoy a competitive salary package of $2,800 – $4,200 per month, along with the opportunity to grow within a globally recognized brand.
Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-net-worth clients, ensuring a personalized and luxurious shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement and product knowledge.
- Educate customers on the quality, craftsmanship, and value of our luxury jewellery collections.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of current trends, gemstones, and metals to offer expert advice.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through follow-ups and personalized recommendations.
- Assist in visual merchandising to ensure displays are elegant, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately, including payments, returns, and special orders.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance in-store promotions and events to drive foot traffic and sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, jewellery sales, or a related high-end customer service role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clientele.
- Strong product knowledge of fine jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals (training provided for the right candidate).
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance, reflecting the luxury brand image.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate client needs.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are a plus.
