Responsibility

  • Provide personalized consultations to clients, understanding their preferences and recommending jewellery pieces that match their style and budget.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Luk Fook’s product lines, including materials, gemstones, and craftsmanship, to confidently advise customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable and luxurious shopping experience for every client.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock checks, merchandising, and ensuring display areas are visually appealing.
  • Handle transactions, including payments, receipts, and after-sales service, with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the team to organize and promote in-store events, such as product launches or VIP client appointments.
  • Stay updated on market trends in luxury jewellery and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury goods, jewellery, or high-end fashion.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for building long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate peak business periods.
  • Impeccable grooming and professional appearance, aligning with the luxury brand image.
  • Basic knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery care is advantageous.
