Responsibility
- Consult with high-net-worth clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle needs, and budget constraints.
- Develop and present customized interior design concepts, including space planning, color schemes, and material selections.
- Generate and close sales leads by effectively communicating the value of premium design solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, luxury materials, and smart home technologies to offer cutting-edge solutions.
- Manage client relationships with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction through regular updates and post-installation follow-ups.
- Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and cost estimates while negotiating terms to maximize profitability.
- Participate in industry events, showrooms, and networking opportunities to expand the client base.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in interior design, sales, or a related field, preferably in luxury residential or hospitality sectors.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end design projects and a keen eye for aesthetics, functionality, and detail.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
