Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end client inquiries, from initial contact to project handover, ensuring a premium customer experience.
- Develop and present custom design proposals, including 3D renderings, material selections, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with fabrication and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility, measure spaces, and identify potential design challenges.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients while maximizing profitability for the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and innovative design techniques to offer cutting-edge solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to close high-value projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, design consulting, or project management within the architecture, interior design, or custom fabrication industries.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, client proposals, or sales achievements in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage high-net-worth clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Knowledge of materials, fabrication techniques, and installation processes for custom designs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field preferred.
