In this role, you will combine your design expertise with sales acumen to deliver tailored interior solutions to our clients. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their needs, create stunning design concepts, and close sales—all while earning attractive commissions on top of your base salary.

Responsibility
- Consult with clients to understand their interior design needs and preferences.
- Develop creative and functional design proposals tailored to client budgets.
- Present design concepts and product recommendations to drive sales.
- Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
- Stay updated on interior design trends and product innovations.
- Assist in marketing efforts, including social media and client presentations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience in interior design sales or consulting (minimum 2 years).
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and sales achievements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Bali’s design market is a plus.
