Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of guest units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to 5-star standards.
- Maintain common areas, hallways, and facilities in pristine condition, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Replace and restock linens, towels, toiletries, and amenities as needed, adhering to inventory control procedures.
- Inspect rooms and areas for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and damages, reporting any concerns to management promptly.
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Respond to guest requests for additional services (e.g., turndown service, extra supplies) with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the maintenance and front desk teams to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion at all times, respecting guest privacy and property security.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel, resort, or luxury serviced apartment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet daily cleaning schedules.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of safe chemical handling and proper use of cleaning equipment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Professional demeanor with a guest-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
