Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and specialty drinks, with precision and consistency.
- Operate the cash register, process payments, and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized customer service to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, including equipment and inventory.
- Educate customers about our coffee blends, brewing methods, and menu offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role (preferably in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting).
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, equipment, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products and service.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is an advantage.
