Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality materials, equipment, and services at competitive prices.
- Process and track purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with budgetary guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with department heads (e.g., F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance) to forecast demand and align procurement with operational needs.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and vendor performance for reporting and analysis.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement or alternative sourcing.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, local regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Resolve discrepancies or issues with vendors, deliveries, or invoices promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track expenses, and optimize procurement processes.
- Knowledge of local and international supplier networks in Bali is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
