Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take and process orders accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling procedures.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to McDonald’s quality and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, dining area, and restrooms at all times.
- Assist in stock management, including restocking supplies and monitoring inventory levels.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.
- Uphold brand standards in presentation, service speed, and customer interaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- Customer-centric mindset with a friendly, cheerful, and approachable demeanor.
- High energy levels and a passion for delivering great service in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic English proficiency (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Balinese, are a plus).
