Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests, anticipating their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile guests, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with front-office, F&B, and housekeeping teams to coordinate flawless guest experiences from arrival to departure.
- Develop and implement loyalty programs, exclusive offers, and tailored experiences to enhance guest retention.
- Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction metrics, proactively addressing areas for improvement.
- Host VIP events, private dinners, or special occasions to strengthen guest engagement and brand affinity.
- Train and mentor staff on guest relations best practices, upholding the highest standards of service excellence.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to position Miss Fish as a leader in luxury hospitality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in guest relations, concierge services, or luxury hospitality, with a proven track record in VIP management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, diplomatic approach to handling guest concerns.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with property management software is advantageous.
- Impeccable grooming, professional demeanor, and a passion for delivering five-star service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by guest demands.
- Knowledge of Bali’s cultural nuances and local attractions to provide insightful recommendations.
