Responsibility
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor and facilitate smooth check-in/check-out processes.
- Manage guest reservations, room assignments, and special requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and prompt resolution.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs seamlessly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide expert recommendations.
- Uphold brand standards for appearance, communication, and service delivery at all times.
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) to update guest records and generate reports as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front office or guest services role within the hospitality industry.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous.
- Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences with a proactive and positive attitude.
