Responsibility

  • Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor and facilitate smooth check-in/check-out processes.
  • Manage guest reservations, room assignments, and special requests with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with empathy and prompt resolution.
  • Process payments, issue invoices, and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs seamlessly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide expert recommendations.
  • Uphold brand standards for appearance, communication, and service delivery at all times.
  • Utilize property management systems (PMS) to update guest records and generate reports as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front office or guest services role within the hospitality industry.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS).
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous.
  • Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences with a proactive and positive attitude.
