Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for Marriott properties in Bali, focusing on corporate, leisure, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients to drive bookings and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the luxury hospitality sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and promotional materials tailored to client needs.
- Host site inspections, familiarization trips, and client meetings to showcase Marriottâs premium offerings and secure business.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and packages while ensuring profitability and alignment with brand standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Represent Marriott International at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the hospitality, travel, or luxury service industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Opera PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
