As the first point of contact for guests at our Infinity Pool and recreational facilities, you will create unforgettable experiences by providing warm, personalized service. Your role is pivotal in ensuring every guest feels welcomed, informed, and pampered from the moment they arrive.

Responsibility

  • Warmly greet and engage guests at the Infinity Pool and recreational areas with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Provide detailed introductions to pool facilities, amenities, and available services (e.g., towel service, F&B offerings, spa access).
  • Escort guests to their designated areas while anticipating and addressing their needs proactively.
  • Assist with reservations, inquiries, and special requests for poolside services, cabanas, or recreational activities.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with pool regulations, including monitoring guest capacity and enforcing policies tactfully.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, F&B, and security teams to maintain a seamless guest experience.
  • Handle guest feedback or concerns diplomatically and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain a pristine and inviting environment by coordinating with staff for cleanliness and presentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in guest services, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-first mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
  • Impeccable grooming and professional appearance in line with luxury hospitality standards.
  • Familiarity with POS systems or guest management software is advantageous.
  • Certification in first aid or CPR is preferred for poolside roles.
  • Passion for delivering memorable experiences in a high-end resort setting.
