Responsibility
- Lead and inspire a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, conversion rates, and average transaction value.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to regional management.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, including customer experience, product presentation, and operational protocols.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, offering personalized shopping experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local promotions and events that enhance brand visibility.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and diplomacy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a high-end retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Deep understanding of luxury fashion trends, brands, and customer expectations.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
