Responsibility

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients to understand their needs and preferences.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, including financing options, trade-ins, and after-sales services.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is accurately completed and submitted in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably with luxury or premium brands.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle specifications, financing options, and customer psychology.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
