Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct professional consultations and test drives to showcase vehicle features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies for luxury vehicle sales.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, including financing options, trade-ins, and after-sales services.
- Ensure all sales documentation is accurately completed and submitted in compliance with company policies.
- Provide post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably with luxury or premium brands.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of vehicle specifications, financing options, and customer psychology.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
