Responsibility
- Provide discreet, personalized butler service to VIP guests, ensuring all requests are handled with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
- Oversee protocol and etiquette standards, including formal dining, event coordination, and guest interactions.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address them, from arranging exclusive experiences to managing special requests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, F&B, and concierge teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain immaculate presentation standards for guest suites, common areas, and service materials.
- Assist with high-profile events, including setup, guest management, and post-event follow-up.
- Uphold brand standards and service excellence in alignment with the resort’s luxury positioning.
- Document guest preferences and feedback to enhance future stays and service personalization.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a butler, concierge, or high-end service role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of international protocol, etiquette, and fine dining service standards.
- Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, guest-centric mindset.
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance, adhering to luxury service standards.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience in Southeast Asia or with international clientele is highly desirable.
